Yes. Every plan provides access to the same professional tools, upload limits, and monetization features. The only difference is the duration of the access period you choose.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Aside from your subscription, Djokki operates on a transparent revenue-sharing model where 30% is retained as a service fee and 70% is paid to the organization. Transaction fees are handled by our integrated payment providers (FedaPay, PawaPay, or Paystack).
How do creators earn on Djokki?
Organizations earn revenue through the distribution of their audiovisual content. After the standard 30% service fee is deducted by the platform, the remaining 70% of the generated revenue is paid out to the organization.
Which regions are supported for payouts?
Payouts are processed through our Dbiya gateway, which connects to FedaPay, PawaPay, and Paystack. We support regions covered by these providers, primarily focusing on mobile money and banking networks across Africa.
Can I switch from 3-month free to a paid plan later?
Yes. You can transition to a standard monthly subscription at any time. Please note that for organizations, a valid active subscription is required to maintain publishing features and ensure a smooth payout process.
