4. Payment Data
As part of the paid services offered on the Platform, Djokki uses an internal tool called Dbiya, developed and operated by DJOYOW GH LTD, designed for the management, orchestration, and monitoring of payment transactions.
Dbiya is an internal technical platform that includes, in particular:
- a management interface,
- APIs,
- a database for tracking transactions.
In this context, Dbiya may collect and store certain transactional and identification data, including:
- transaction amount,
- currency,
- date and time,
- payment status,
- payment service provider used,
- customer email address, first name, last name, phone number,
- country of origin.
Djokki does not collect or store any sensitive banking data, such as credit card numbers or security codes.
Payment operations are carried out exclusively by third-party payment service providers (including FedaPay, PawaPay, and Paystack), which are solely responsible for processing banking data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Data stored via Dbiya is used exclusively for:
- payment tracking,
- subscription and revenue distribution management,
- dispute and claim management,
- customer support,
- internal accounting and compliance obligations.
6. Personal Data Contained in Published Content
Organizations may publish audiovisual content on the Platform that may contain personal data (image, voice, name, or any other information enabling the identification of a person).
In this context, Djokki acts exclusively as a technical hosting and distribution service provider.
Organizations remain solely responsible for:
- the lawfulness of personal data contained in the published content,
- obtaining all necessary authorizations from the individuals concerned,
- respecting the rights of individuals appearing in the content.
Djokki does not systematically review published content but reserves the right to block, suspend, or remove any content that is reported or is manifestly non-compliant with the TCU or the Platform’s rules.
7. Content Hosting and Technical Infrastructure
Audiovisual content (videos, images, and associated media) is hosted and distributed via specialized technical infrastructures, including content delivery networks (CDNs) provided by third-party service providers.
Users and organizations acknowledge that, due to technical constraints inherent to these infrastructures:
- media files, once uploaded and integrated into the distribution system, cannot be returned in the form of downloadable files,
- organizations must retain their own copies and archives of the published content.
13. International Data Transfers
As part of the operation of the Platform, certain data may be processed or hosted by technical or payment service providers located in countries different from that of the user or organization.
Such transfers may occur, in particular, due to:
- the use of cloud infrastructures, content delivery networks (CDNs), or hosting services,
- the use of internationally operating payment service providers,
- the technical centralization of certain services.
Djokki endeavors to select reputable service providers and to limit data transfers to information strictly necessary for the provision of services.
At this stage, Djokki does not guarantee full compliance with all local or international regulations relating to data transfers, but implements reasonable measures intended to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data.
Use of the Platform implies acceptance by the user and the organization of such potential transfers.
